Founded in 1991, the mission of University Bartending is to provide
quality bartending training at a reasonable cost, in an environment
that is not only fun and entertaining, but also equips our students
with the skills necessary to become talented and socially conscious
bartenders. University Bartending in no way condones excessive, irresponsible
or underage drinking. The purpose of our courses is to give our students
the knowledge and expertise needed to provide a safe environment for
people to enjoy themselves socially. Although it is not the sole responsibility
of the server to ensure the safety of their patrons, we believe there
is a great deal professional bartenders can do to provide a safe and
enjoyable atmosphere. For that reason, we strongly suggest that all
of our students enroll in our professional course so that they are
more knowledgeable of the hazards and dangers of irresponsible alcohol
